Although our legal team diligently and faithfully pursues each matter, the client acknowledges that, due to the nature of legal services, no guarantee can be made regarding the duration of a case or the outcome of any legal proceedings.

The client further agrees to:

• Cooperate fully with the legal team and maintain open and honest communication throughout the process.

• Inform the lawyer promptly of any changes in personal circumstances, including but not limited to address, telephone number, employment status, or any other relevant matter.

• Execute all required documents, applications, and/or agreements in a timely and accurate manner.

• Provide all necessary documents and information relevant to the case as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

• Ensure that the lawyer receives complete and truthful information, including all communications or correspondence received from third parties relating to the case.

• Refrain from engaging or communicating with any other exit company, lawyer, consultancy, any social media platform, or third party in relation to the same matter. Should the client do so, the service may be immediately terminated, all payments made will be non-refundable, and the client’s contract may be reinstated to its original state prior to engagement.

 

By continuing to engage our services, the client confirms their understanding and acceptance of these provisions, which are designed to protect both parties and ensure the professional and efficient handling of the case.
