FACT:
Termination of the contract.....
Research shows that terminating a timeshare contract is one of the most challenging issues for consumers. The procedures and conditions vary across Member States.

In particular, problems have been reported relating to perpetuity or very long-term clauses attached to timeshare contracts, which have a particular bearing when the timeshare owner dies and the beneficiary wishes to terminate the contract.
Such clauses should be challenged under Directive 93/13/EEC on Unfair Contract Terms. However, most timeshare owners remain unaware of this legal option.
This situation can be improved through a more proactive approach from national enforcement authorities, increased awareness at national level, as well as targeted legal action by timeshare owners’ associations or consumer organisations.
The situation is more complex in certain countries (such as Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France) where a timeshare right is regarded as a right on real estate property.
Since these contracts are intrinsically linked to real estate, the beneficiary typically inherits them with limited options for termination. In most cases, the only alternative is to sell the contract to another party.

Given this reality for many consumers, we decided to help.
We received some good, constructive feedback from the private site TCA, and yes we agree that consumers should work only with legitimate, transparent, and efficient service providers — of course.
It appears there were concerns regarding my Spanish private mobile number and WhatsApp contact. I respect all opinions.
Another formality concerned the registration/visiting address. All relevant points have been addressed to ensure clarity. Consumers normally find us through referrals and a steady stream of inquiries.
Constructive feedback is always valuable for continuous improvement.

There seems to be some confusion regarding the countries mentioned, which is surprising given the clarity of the information provided.
